Tone your chakra.

I wanted to tone my flabby butt and completely missing abdominal muscles. I have no idea what a chakra is or why I want to tone it–will it help me get a sub 2:00 half time? Apparently this is like, a real thing that these people think about. Oh, and there are holy hip openers.
