And chocolate chips. Because I think we all know chocolate chips never hurt anyone. These Land O Lakes packets come in different flavors like vanilla and Irish creme but Swiss Miss works really well, too. I saw a recipe with this kind of thing in Runner’s World, but they added bananas and I haven’t had a chance to go out and buy bananas so I’ve just been adding the cocoa and not the nutrient rich food, but I’m sure that’s okay.
