Life After Dopey

My week since the Dopey Challenge can be summed up by the following:

26.2 mile marathon one week, 26 hour Bravo marathon the week after.anigif_enhanced-buzz-2479-1375369643-16

And I’m in no rush to get back to running (though I am in a rush to see whether or not Courtney deals with his recurring shoulder pain, what Nene’s return to Real Housewives of Atlanta will mean going forward, and watching Erica face off against Lisa Vanderpump on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills).

And I have no shame about any of this.

Favorite ways to relax after you’ve met your goal quota for the next 10-20 years?

  1. Umm yes, all of this! I probably didn’t take as much time off after Dopey as I should have but that’s because I had more races on my calendar. Right now I’m really enjoying a race-free calendar. It’s kind of liberating. I’m still working out but that’s mostly because I ate 1239012398 cookies over the holidays. Enjoy your r&r! 🙂
